Casement window with crank and spindle removed

A home owner from Middletown says:
Hello, I discovered we have 5 casement windows. They were covered with decades of paint. Someone removed the actual crank handles screw spindle. The mechanism is still there, labeled "Curtis". Hidden sill center dual Arm and with a set of pliers it still opens the window. I have pictures. I am looking for parts or replacement mechanism for 5 casement windows. Can you help?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, it's not possible to repair these operators once that screw spindle has been removed. Those are machine pressed at the factory and if they come out, then it means you need an all new operator.

We may have a match, but I can't quite tell what you have from these photos. The operator is a bit too obscured. Would it be possible to see the whole mechanism removed? I can then check our inventory for a possible match.

A home owner from Middletown says:
Hello again,

I finally figured out how to remove the mechanism from frame. The dual Arm, hidden sill center crank mechanism is Curtis, 800-22 stamped on the frame metal plate. I have additional pictures and tape measurements.

Thanks, these photos are a huge help. The bad news is that we don't sell anything that matches this design. The best option I can find is maybe our 39-206, but this is made explicitly for Andersen brand windows. I'm not sure how well it will work for yours.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. I think your part may just be too old.
