Casement windows not cranking

A quick learner from Highland Park IL says:
Trying to fix about 7-8 casement windows all with same issue . I can open them but can't close them.
Seems
Like the metal pin that goes inside middle
Of two small wheels is lose or broken and doesn't latch to crank and close the widows.

Let me know if
This can fixed somehow .
Thanks

Hello,

It sounds like the gears of your operator may be stripped, meaning that the entire assembly would need to be replaced. We can help but we'll need to see a top-down photo with the window open so that the rest of the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

A quick learner from Highland Park IL says:
As you can see I'm also missing that PIN that go inside tue housing.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. These come with the spline that the handle attaches to, so you should be good to go. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit or the 39-107 cover and 39-205 handle separately.

Dimensions for 39-032

A quick learner from Highland Park IL says:
Can I use small butterfly for the crank handle? Can I use the small butterfly so I can fit blackout shades inside the window because the normal crank is bigger and I cannot bring the shade all the way down. Do you sell small butterfly cranks handle that fit those windows?

It sounds like you may be referring to a T-crank. If so, see the 39-102 shown below.
