Casement windows not cranking

It sounds like the gears of your operator may be stripped, meaning that the entire assembly would need to be replaced. We can help but we'll need to see a top-down photo with the window open so that the rest of the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. These come with the spline that the handle attaches to, so you should be good to go. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit or the 39-107 cover and 39-205 handle separately.
