Yes this is a coil balance. The Series 152 are the compatible springs. We don't sell the exact coil spring covers shown here but we recommend the 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel. They're designed to "sandwich" around each coil spring. 

We also recommend checking the end of the coil spring for a stamped weight code. If there isn't one or if they're too faded to make out, you'll need to divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the correct coil spring weights.
