Center guide for shower door

A quick learner says:

Door is from showerrite who I guess is no longer in existence. Guide broke. Length is 2.5 in, width is 1 inch and the opening for the guide is about 1/2 cm

Review the specifications and see what you think. You could possibly use a piece of aluminum angle or double stick tape to install it to the bottom of the shower door.
