Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches along with the 26-354 vent stop. Compare the dimensions to determine a good fit! 

For the coil balance, to move forward, we will need to see the pivot shoe in the window channel that the coil spring attaches to. From there we can determine the best replacement option. Thank you!

I am not sure we can provide a suitable replacement for this style of screen corner, but to further review, we will need to know the thickness of the screen frame that this corner fits into. Thank you!
