Hi Debbie, Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance appears to have the 19-010 Channel Balance Top along with wingless shoe. These will need to be a custom assembly. With that said, there are a few details I'll need to confirm. To start, please confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference. Please let me know if your measurement is not 1".

I will also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. Please let me know if you have any questions. |

1" is the correct measurement for the depth of the Channel Balance Shoe that we have.
The Channel Balance Top looks like it matches ours as well.
We were planning on ordering two Channel Balances.
