Chanel balance

A quick learner from Boynton Beach, FL says:
Attached are 3 pictures of a part that broke in my window. Marked as a 3540 but I believe the window was too heavy for the 3540 as it weigh 33.2 lbs. could need a 3550? Pair

Also need 4 2950 both need top and bottom winged. Do the wings come installed?

The 2950 are 30" by a half inch channel.
The 3540 is 36" with a half inch channel.

Take a Lo ok at the 3 photo s of the 3540s let me know what you think?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

I also agree that you'll also need 3550 spring strength options for your 36" replacement balances to support a sash between 30 and 35 lbs. 

If your 30" balances have worked well up until now, you'll need 2950 strength options. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
