Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your existing channel balance but I'll need to see one more detail to confirm the exact replacement.

Would you happen to have a balance with the spring and pulley system still in tact? I'll need to see a photo of the center of the balance, where the pulley system and balance spring meet, to determine the exact balances you need.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

Thanks for the photos! Your channel balances can be replaced with either the S380-39 with a 1" shoe depth or the S385-39 with a 1-3/32" shoe depth. To determine which of these is the correct replacement for your window, you'll need to confirm the dimension for the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 3840 stamp option.

I found I have another window that needs new balances.

The channel is 9/16 x 33

The recommendation for the series would be the same; you have either the S380-33 or the S385-33. To determine which one you have, you'll need to confirm the depth of the shoe.

You'll need to select the 3250 stamp option.

According to the chart shouldn't

the 39" which weighs 32 pounds be 3850
the 33" which weighs 29 pounds be 3840

Thank you for all your help. It's been great.

If you have weighed the windows, it would be best to go by the chart. My confirmation was based on the stamps on the balances in the photos provided.

I hope this helps!
