Hello, Mark. That top fitting appears to be a match for our 19-018. Look it over and see if you agree; I'll share its specs below. If that's right then you can use our S377-31 channel balance as a replacement. I'd also suggest the 3010 stamp option, which carries 7 through 12 pounds. That should be perfect for your 9 pound sash weight. You definitely don't have the Series 380. This balance comes with a 19-005 top fitting, which is a very different design from your original. Note that the stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a product code or anything, it's only a code we use as a reference to look up how much weight it supports. If you don't believe that the S377-31 matches, or if you had any other questions, let me know and we can work from there.
