Channel Balancer replacement & ID

A quick learner from Central Florida says:
Hi,

I have two non-tilt channel balancers to replace with the following specification:
1/2" width
31" length (metal to metal)
Sash weight 9 lbs

The pulley side appears to have #15-005 winged channel balance shoe, 1" depth.
However, I'm not sure what the spring anchor side plastic piece is.
Hopefully, you all can make a determination from the included pictures.

Thank you,
Mark

Additional data:
The only number on the old channel balance is 3010.
With a search, this lead me to the Series 380 on the swisco website.

Hello, Mark. That top fitting appears to be a match for our 19-018. Look it over and see if you agree; I'll share its specs below.

If that's right then you can use our S377-31 channel balance as a replacement. I'd also suggest the 3010 stamp option, which carries 7 through 12 pounds. That should be perfect for your 9 pound sash weight.

You definitely don't have the Series 380. This balance comes with a 19-005 top fitting, which is a very different design from your original. Note that the stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a product code or anything, it's only a code we use as a reference to look up how much weight it supports.

If you don't believe that the S377-31 matches, or if you had any other questions, let me know and we can work from there.
