A quick learner from Dayton , TX 77535, USA says:

I have 3 different Channel Balances. All 3 have the same top and bottom plastic ends. The same metal hook. They are 1/2" X 5/8".

#1 has 21C stamped on it. It is 22" long.

The spring connects to the hole 20 5/8" from the bottom.

#2 has 27C stamped on it. It is 28" long.

The spring connects to the hole 24 7/8" from the bottom.

#3 has 27C stamped on it. It is 28" long.

The spring connects to the hole 26 5/8" from the bottom.

The SHOW US won't let me upload any more of the photos I have.

Thanks, David

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you may have the Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the proper Series.

The 21C stamp may translate to our 2130 option for a sash weighing 12 to 15 pounds. The 27C stamp may translate to our 2730 option for a sash weighing 13 to 19 pounds. You can always weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm.
