A quick learner from Encinitas, CA says:
Channel is 16" long.

No. on Channel is 1540BSI BL

Sorry, I took out before finding that I needed to take installed picture. Not at home anymore.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

No worries, no installed picture is really necessary for these balances; we'd much rather see them out of the window like you're showing. See our S380-16 or S385-16. The only difference between these two balances is the bottom shoe depth, or heel-to-toe measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to determine what you need. For a new stamp option, select 1540.

A quick learner from Encinitas, CA says:
Thank you Bob. I'm sending another picture that seems to confirm that I would need the S380-16 balance. The only concern I have is the top doesn't seem to match mine. Will that matter when I install it?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

No worries--while that top fitting does appear a bit different, functionally it will work exactly the same as the 19-005, and therefore the S380-16 should work as a replacement.
