Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify your balance just yet. Can you remove it from the window and show me a photo of the top fitting? It's too obscured to make out, unfortunately.

A handy person from Destin says:
Hopefully these help. Reminder that one window is 18" one is 26"

These are perfect! I recommend either the Series 351 or Series 390 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine which Series is best for your windows. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate what strength option you'll need.

The channel balances worked great. But missing two parts.
1. The metal clip on the side of the frame
2. The channel 'clip' at the top of the window

See photos. Thank you!!

The metal clip on the side of the frame is the take out clip. This helps to secure the balance in the window channel when removing the sash. You'll need the 16-002.

The clip at the top corner of the sash is the top sash guide. Yours appears to be the 18-182 Plastic Top Guide. However, it is only available in black. Carefully compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.
