I'm afraid I can't ID what you may have here from these photos. Can you upload a photo of the top fitting? I will do my best to assist from there.

Thank you for getting that for me! Take a look at the S380-25 and S385-25 channel balances. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. I also recommend the 2420 strength option.
