Hello there!

This looks like our S395-29 channel balance with the 2830 spring strength option. This is commonly used on PGT brand windows. 

As for the top sash guide, see if the specifications of the 18-015 match up with what you need.

Hmm, I'm afraid I'm not sure what lower bracket you're referring to. I know you said you didn't have a photo of the part but that's the only way we can help, unfortunately.
