Channel balance and top guide

A quick learner from Naples, Florida says:
I have a few channel balances that have pulleys broken. I don't see pulley replacements on your site. If not, I'd need to replace the entire balances.
Also the top guides are broken. I believe they are '5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco' in your site. I.e., dimensions seem about right.
Can you assist?

Thanks for posting. We don't offer just the replacement pulleys for the channel balances. This is an intricate thing to replace, and in fact can be a bit tricky to swap out due to the tension the channel balances hold. Therefore it tends to be easier to just replace the entire balance. Your balances might be either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2840.

I Agree the 18-166 Top Sash Guide looks close to what you have. Just make sure the listed dimensions match; let me know if anything differs, or if you have any other questions.
