Your balance resembles the Series 395 channel balance. Are these balances from different windows? The stamp on the balance should be the same on both sides. Let me know! 

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 27" long, please compare.

yes, they are from two different windows and both are 27" long.

Please review the S395-27 channel balance with the 2630 and 2640 stamp options. We recommend replacing in pairs as pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out faster. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
