Closet door wheel assembly

A quick learner from San francisco says:
Hello, I'm hoping to find a replacement for the damaged part that you see in the photos uploaded. Any help would be very much appreciated...
The stamp on the wheel is Kilian - Syracuse - Toronto and that's all I can decipher as it is mangled due to the size and weight of the door
60"w x 78"h

Hello,

I'm honestly not sure if we can supply an exact match for your roller. With that being said, we'd like to see photos showing the top of the housing and the back end of the housing where the adjustment screw is located. It would also help to know how this roller attaches to the closet door itself.

In the meantime, take a look at the wheels and axles we've related on this page, along with the video guides. You may be able to get away with just replacing the wheels as long as the housing is in good working order. Thank you!

Looking at your door frame, you may be able to use a roller like the 23-080 with a screw boss at the back end of the housing. If the dimensions fit your frame, you might be able to secure the roller in the frame by inserting the screw boss into the door screw way. Take a look at the parts related on this page to see if one of them could be used for your door repair.

Hello, one last question...

#23-080 Roller - is the groove on the roller similar to the original roller? I use the term "groove" for a lack of better words.
Basically, I'd like the groove on the replacement to match the orginal and your product images don't really show this detail...

Groove = the section of the roller that makes contact with the track...

The wheel in the 23-080 roller is 5/16" wide, while yours looks closer to 3/8" wide. You could have trouble with the operation of the door. We also carry the 81-237 wheel, which is 3/8" wide, but it is 1-11/16" in diameter. Your wheel looks like it may measure 1-1/4 in diameter. If your housing is in good working order, you could also consider using the larger 1-11/16" diameter 81-237 wheel in your roller. Review each option to see which would work best for your door.
