Coil Balance Identification Assistance Needed

A home owner from Linden, NJ says:
I am trying to identify the coil balance in my window so that I can replace them. I have attached pictures to this message. There are no identifying tags on either of the window panes or window frame. This is a double hung window. The weight of the pane is 10 pounds. If any additional information is required, I can provide it. Thank you for any assistance that you can provide so that I may purchase the correct parts from you.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your pivot shoe appears to be an older version of our 15-180 which is designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. With a sash weight of 10 pounds, you can use (1) S190-540 5-pound spring on each side of the window.

Let me know if you have any questions!
