Coil Balance Replacement Part #?

I would like to get the correct coil balance part #. It looks like both sides need replacing.

Hello,

I can't be sure with the coil balance assembly still installed but what I can make out reminds me of the S140-5. I'd recommend removing your balance from the window to compare to the dimensions shown below. Thank you!
