Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but it looks like you may have an old-style version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. We also offer the 15-186 support for these coil springs. Take a look at the specifications and related items shown on our product pages to compare to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
