Thanks for posting. I believe this is a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, just make sure the dimensions listed below match up. If so, this shoe works with Series 180 Coil Balances. You have to choose spring weights for each coil spring you're replacing. Look for stamps on the actual coil springs that indicate this. If there are no stamps or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash that these coil springs support, and I can work it out for you.
