Thanks for reaching out! The part you are searching for is what we refer to as the pivot shoe. Take a look at part 15-177, compare the dimensions to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 152 Coil Balance. Since your is stamped with a 6K, you'll need part S152-6. Be sure to double check that both coil springs are stamped with a 6.
