Thanks for reaching out! We have a few options I believe could work to replace your existing handle set. Although, to determine which of them might be the best fit for your door, you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your door and the existing hardware.

Take a look at the 40-058 Lever Handle with Deadbolt Set, which is available in polished brass, satin nickel, and antique brass; it is also available in white and black as part 40-177.

Another option would be to use the 40-152 Pull Handle Set. The deadbolts for this handle would be sold separately; they are the 40-155 (available in polished brass and pewter) or the 40-039 (available in white and black).
