Converting a Full View Screen/Storm to Inswing

A handy person from Pitssburgh says:

I want to convert a screen door to be inswing using your brackets but it is a full view screen/storm door so it has closers top and bottom. Is it possible to convert such a door?

The 40-006 bracket can only be installed at the top of the door (see diagrams below). I'm not sure how "heavy" your storm door is, but it might work with only the one closer at the top. Are you in a windy environment? My son has an outswing full-view storm door at his house. He did have door closers at the top and bottom, but the bottom closer was removed and the door still works fine. Look over the specifications for our 40-006 and see what you think.
