Circa 1984 storm windows no markings to provide. The smooth metal pin is a cheap fix of years ago which is a nail. A plastic/nylon pivot should be where the nail is. The screw goes into a smaller channel shown in top view which holds corner together. The frame channel seems to be 7/32 inch.

Have a look and see if you could use our 95-029 tilt corner key as a replacement.

The corner key is an exact match thank you. New parts search. Trying to identify 1/2 inch channel balances for non-tilt windows. First balance is stamped with BSI 2820 and measures 29 inches shown in photo. Second is stamped with BSI 2220 and measures 23 inches shown in photo. Top and Bottom Shoes and shoe depth is shown in photo.

Another parts search. Circa 1984 single hung non-tilt window that uses the channel balances previously submitted. Reference photo for requested part attached. The part is plastic and is located on both top sides of window sashes. There function seems to be to hold the balances in place, on windows were the part is broken the balances do not lock in as they should.

Great. For your balance, start with having a look at our S351-23 and S351-29. This balance comes assembled with a 19-002 balance top and 15-002 bottom balance shoe. Compare your measurements with ours to make sure everything matches up. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 2820 and 2220 options.
