Crank Style Window

A home owner from Westminster, Ca says:

I'm wondering if you carry the replacement parts for this style of window.

One has a broken arm on the outside of the window.

Thank You

Mike

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The operator shown in your photos is an old-style Roto assembly. The bad news is that Roto stopped making these and the only product currently available is the base itself; the 39-091 and 39-092.

We also offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative. We've tried many products from our inventory and have not once been successful. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the response. This looks like the correct size, but the arm is what broke. I added a picture.
It's the arm from the window to the crank.

As we mentioned, the link arm that broke on your assembly was discontinued by Roto and they have not offered a replacement part. Despite our best efforts, we have also not been able to locate a different style operator that would work in its place.
