Crank arm is joined by half moon pin

A home owner from Newington, CT says:
Hi,
I do not know what the part is called but it is a half-moon pin joining the arm that opens when cranked. I am looking for that pin/moon part.
Thank you

Hello,

It sounds like you need the e-ring that connects the operator's arm to the sash bracket. If so, take a look and compare the 21-161 to your original part. Thanks for posting!

A home owner from Newington, CT says:
OK - and also whatever the pin is that works with that part, I suppose to keep the two arms connected.
A quick learner from Connecticut says:
Hello,
How does the pin work with the e-ring?

We carry the 33-077 groove pin under the related items section of the 21-161 E-ring product page. You would put the pin through the holes in the window arms and secure it with the 21-161 e-ring. I attach the e-ring with a set of needle-nose pliers and force it onto the pin. A slotted screwdriver also helps. It's not necessarily an easy process and make sure that the e-ring doesn't get away from you.
