It definitely looks like you need a new operator, but you have an older style that's not made anymore. I do think one of our more modern parts can replace it but before I recommend anything I'd like you to disconnect the end of the straight arm from the track and show me a clear picture of the end of it. I want to see what sort of guide it uses.

Once I have that, I'm very confident I can get you a working replacement.

We have 3 of these windows all cranks are bad...they went bad right away but I never got around to looking at them.

Thank you! That's a huge help. I can confidently say that you have an older version of our 39-429 operator. The biggest difference is the type of handle used; these now use "female" handles with an 11/32" spline, not "male" handles with a 5/16" hex. So you will also need a new 39-205 or 39-232 if you prefer that style. They are sold separately.

We also sell the 39-430 operator for the opposite side and the 39-541 guide. You should be able to reuse your guide without issue, but you never know.
