Crank replacement for Truth windows

A home owner from Minnesota says:
Hello -- I live in a first floor condo unit. I have three small windows that crank out to open, and the far right window crank appears to be stripped. I'd like to replace all three window cranks, as the unit is over 15 years old.

What parts do I need to replace, and is it possible to replace these handles that stick out with flush handles?

Thank you,

Thank you for reaching out to us, Amanda! Our 39-083 and 39-140 come to mind. Have a look at the specifications for each and see which one matches up with your old hardware.

I'm afraid we don't sell any flush handles, however. The best options we have would be the 39-102 and the 39-205
