Need Counterbalance?clips & top cap

1. I wonder why I couldn't put the window back into the channel even I follow the instruction. It's quite easy to take them out without the channel balance though.
2. Here's the part numbers on the metal rod:

2250- 4 (upstair bedroom 2 & hall)
2605 cg- 3 (upstair Master bedroom)
H 22-5 -1 (upstair bedroom 1)
G1705 -1pc (Upstair bathroom )
G2305- 3pc (downstairs living room side)
2306 - 2 pc (downstair living room front)

Hello,

I honestly can't be sure why you are having trouble reinstalling the sash with the balances in place. It's possible that it could be due to the balances being damaged or from another part entirely. I would recommend carefully evaluating the window hardware for any damage or debris that could be contributing.

As for your channel balances, you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. The stamp codes on your channel balances should correspond to one of the strength options shown on our balance product page. for example, 22-5 would be replaced with 2250 strength options for 23" long balances.

Your other stamp codes are a bit out of the ordinary, so I would suggest weighing the window sashes to confirm the correct strength options by following the chart shown under the channel balance product description. It's also important to confirm that all of your windows are using the same types of balances with identical end fittings. If any of them differ, we would need to see photos of those as well to confirm the best replacement option, Thank you!
