I'm looking to replace four broken window cranks but don't seem to find the exact match. I've included a picture.

Hello,

It looks like you have one of the Encore-style operator pairs shown in the video below. The determining factor will be the fitting that attaches to the long arm of your operator that rides inside the track mounted to the bottom of the sash frame. These assemblies are used with the 39-375 and 39-376 covers with handles. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
