Do you sell the replacement parts I need to fix my windows?

A quick learner from Apex, NC says:

So we have several windows, as do many of our neighbors in my subdivision, that are experiencing issues like not opening smoothly, falling down, etc. We tried to see who the manufacturer of the windows are and to see if they have replacement parts but failed miserably. We are hoping you have the parts and a solution for this. I tried browsing your site but couldn't find an exact match so I figured I'd email so you can guide us with your expert knowledge.

Please find several picture that I took from one of my windows that is failing. The metal part is broken (2 & 3) and the good side (4) and the model ?? info in other pics.

Please let use know if this can be fixed and if you carry the parts. If you do have the parts, I'll try to figure out for neighbors as well and try to do a bulk order.

Thanks

Aarti

Hi, Aarti.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 15-178 and 15-188 resemble the pivot shoe, depending on the dimensions of your old one. I can't be certain about the pivot bar since it's damaged but the 26-226 comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need.

If you have any other questions just let me know!
