Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend our 15-199 pivot shoe based on what I see here. The compatible springs are the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165. You'll have to measure the band of your old spring to determine the proper Series.

For 1/2" wide springs, see the 15-150D. If they're 3/8", see the 15-204 instead.
