We can't be sure with the balance hardware still installed but your shoe looks like it may be the 15-233 shown below. If so, we can supply the replacements that you need but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to see your entire balance assembly removed from the window, including the top of the channel, stamp code, as well as confirm that the dimensions below match your locking terminal. Thank you!

Hello! Casey isn't here today, but I'll do my best to assist you.

What you're showing in this new batch of photos appears to be the jamb itself, which contains the balance. To clarify, we can't supply the jamb. Since yours is so damaged, as per the first batch of photos, you should contact the original manufacturer to see if it's something that they can supply.

As for the balance itself, I agree with Casey that you might have a custom assembly. We can supply it but I would need to see the balance removed from the jamb to verify.
