Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you don't have an extended travel balance. This looks like a typical block and tackle configuration. I believe you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the top sash guide, that appears to be a match for our 18-171.

That definitely looks like it's over an inch deep, so the Series 385 is my pick, as well.
