Thanks for posting! The pivot shoe you have here appears to be a Simonton coil balance pivot shoe. Unfortunately, this shoe is no longer made but the good new is, we do have a replacement solution that should fit well in the track. Take a look at the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that this will be a fit.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 159 Coil Balance. To confirm the correct spring strength for your sash, you will need to take a look at the existing coils for any stamps/markings. Although, it may be a good idea to obtain the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce, then divide the sash weight by the number of coils in the window. You'll need to replace the pivot bar with our 26-083. The compatible covers are the 15-255 Coil Single Support and 15-256 Coil Double Support.
