Unfortunately, I don't believe that we can supply an exact replacement for the storm window latch shown in your photo. With that being said, the 91-090 and 91-156 are similar. We can't make any guarantees but review the specifications shown on our product pages to see if you might be able to adapt one of these options to work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

We have Forte storm doors and we just received the 91-090 latches from Swisco. They will work but you have to grind the end down where it slides in the keep the window up.
