Front door weatherstripping

A handy person from Lakeland, Florida says:

Doing this for my sister in law.

Door currently has two different strips. One is double sided tape the other looks like a window stripping with a T stripped into a kerf on the door frame. What weather stripping do I need to replace all three sided?
