Front facing window sash

Hi ! I am currently looking to see if someone could help me find this item. I believe it's called a front face window sash. I have no clue what brand it is but I've attached some pictures. 2 x 1 1/8th and holes are 1/4 between them

It appears that you in need of a new sash lock face mount keeper. I cannot guarantee we can provide an exact match, but to further review, are you able to confirm the distance between the installation holes? The dimension provided was 1/4", is it possibly 1-1/4"? Thank you!
