Getting replacement balances

A quick learner from Monroe WA says:
The left side balance on my 24" vertical sliding window has broken, and I'd like to replace both sides.
Stamp on the balance is
23 4. D2
And is 1/2" wide

I can see a frayed/broken cord coming out from behind it from above.

I'm currently reading up on your website to be ready to do this.

Got the unbroken side out easily with your excellent instructions.

Adding photos of top end and flanged bottom end, plus better more clear stamp on the right side.

I need to get this window repaired, right now sash is sitting in the frame with latch closed to hold it in!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The Series 380 or Series 385 looks like what you want based on what I see in these photos. Measure as shown below to determine which Series is best for your repair. I also recommend the 2340 strength option based on your balance's stamp.
