Gray snap in vinyl trim

A home owner from New Orleans says:

Can you tell us what size would be the appropriate replacement?
We already tried ourselves and got the wrong size!
The frame edge appears to be a hair more than 1/4 inch and the facing about 1/2 inch?
Can this be purchased in the New Orleans area or do we need to order?
