Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles one of the Encore assemblies shown in the video below depending on the type of guide that attaches the straight arm to the track. Both styles use the 39-375 and 39-376 handle and cover kits. The part shown in your photo would use the 39-375 since the spline is mounted on the right side of the base. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
