Hello there. I'm afraid I can't cross-reference that code with anything in our records. Emco Forever door handle sets are no longer made, but we generally find our 40-177 or 40-058 handle sets can be adapted to these doors. Please take a look and let me know what you think. If in doubt, send pictures of your existing hardware and we'd be happy to confirm what might be best.
