Thanks for contacting us. We may have a replacement for this pin but we'll need more information. Can you write out the diameter of the cap, where it fits into the track, as well as the diameter of the pin shaft? It would also be a great help if you knew who made the door.

I'm afraid it isn't possible for us to know what else you need, however. You'd need to examine the door and replace whatever you see that is broken.
