Harvey Casement Window Lock - Window manufactured 11/99

I am lookinh for the lock assembly for a Harvey Casement Window manufactured in November 1999. The number of the window is 0021-01348715. I have reached ot to Harvey Building products and was informed that the lock is discontinued and they cannot get them any longer. I am hoping that you might happen to have one.
