Hi there!

This appears to be an Andersen brand operator. To help us narrow down your replacement options, can you open the window and take a clear shot of the arms? We will do our best to help from there.

A home owner from Massachusetts says:
The problem is that if I open it I won't be able to close it. It is fall season here. It gets cold at night.

I'm afraid we can't identify your operator without that. That's the only way we can help, unfortunately.

A home owner from Massachusetts says:
I will try and get back to you. Ty

Thank you kindly. It's a bit hard to say from this photo but start by taking a look at the 39-094 & 39-095 as well as the 39-150 & 39-151. Carefully review our dimensions and see if one of these operators matches up with yours.

Let me know if you note any discrepancies and we can go from there.

This certainly looks like one of the operators recommended previously. I just can't eyeball the size of the arm from photos so you'll want to review the specifications on the store page to see which one matches up best with your old assembly.
