Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance to me. Look it over and see if you agree. If you need any help choosing the correct stamp option, which denotes the balance's strength, send us a picture of the stamp on the metal channel, and we'd be happy to work it out for you.

If there is no stamp on either balance from this window, the best thing to do is to remove the window sash that the balances support and get a precise weight. A bathroom scale should suffice for this. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the product description of the S395-28 shop page. Let us know if you have any further questions or issues.
