Help With Window Parts

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi, I'am looking for a couple parts for a window. I think it's called a side sash and a sash guide. I'll send photos and measurement to help

I believe it's a Alenco window?

Hello! Your balance looks like it could be a match for our Series 395. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting pre-attached, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

As for the top sash guide, it looks like an older version of the 18-174, which also happens to be an Alenco brand part. The bad news is that they don't make this in white anymore. Black is the only available color finish.

A quick learner from USA says:
Thank you then I'll order a couple along with a side sash counter balance

Great, thank you! We appreciate the business, it means a lot.

Please feel free to reach out if we can be of any further assistance.

A quick learner says:
Hello. The side sash or counter balance measures 28" from metal end to metal end and 29" overall, I believe the width is 9/16 or 5/8 don't know how accurate it has to be. The stamped number on the sash is # DB E03 2730.

Thank you for all your help on identifying these parts so I can order them.

Hello again! This appears to be the same balance you showed me earlier this week. Have you had the opportunity to look at our Series 395 yet? Is there any reason you don't think it will work? This still appears to be our best option. Note that when measuring length, you only want to measure the metal channel. You do not include the nylon fittings in this measurement.
