large double hung tilt window installed before 2003

A home owner from Hoboken, NJ says:
Hello!

I am desperately looking for help to replace balance on my windows. I have a few technician came over and they identified the windows are made by Marvin (although I cannot confirm if it is true). I didn't get much success with contractors, they either ghosted or suggested to replace.

It is oversized, double hung tilt window. Each sash is about 33*31 1/2. Was installed originally when it first built in 2001.

I attached the picture for the window and balance. Please, any leads will be helpful!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your balance and the knife lock shoe shown in your first photo removed from the window to confirm if you need something like our S751 channel balance or if it needs to be custom-made with a different style shoe. See our video below to help you through the removal process. Thank you!
