Help with locating channel balance

Hello, \ These channels have 10A USB and (03/2 BIQUE 10 AA stamped and printed on them and I need to purchase replacements

Your balance looks close to our Series 390. You want to measure the metal length portion of the balance only, excluding the nylon fittings. It should measure 11". If it does, then you can go with the S390-11. As for the stamping, you can choose the 1010. Look it over and let us know if any other questions come up.
